7 WAYS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE COUNT

DO YOU KNOW THAT IN JUST SEVEN ACTION STEPS, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR LIFE COUNT IMMENSELY?

Life starts from the ‘unseen’ into the ‘seen.’ There is too much attention on the ‘seen’ components than the ‘unseen’ in recent times. But in truth, life is more than the physical; we can make our lives count more by exploring both the physical and spiritual modules.
God’s desire is to bless us beyond measure, and more importantly to make us become the channels of blessings to others. Our lives begin to count only when we start to make impact on other people’s lives. It is not the best of living to be able to cater adequately just for self and the immediate family but unable to reach out to many others outside your family who need your help. You are sent not only to your family but to your world, look beyond yourself to let your life count. Of the seven steps enumerated below, the first three are spiritual; the next three are physical while the seventh point is the fulcrum and link between the two facets.

1.      Accept Salvation (it is your ticket to Gods store-house of pleasures)
2.      Have Purpose (Purpose will give you hope and strength to fight on)
3.      Live for others (You are blessed to be a blessing)
4.      Befriend Work (God worked and also wants us to work)
5.      Appreciate Good Things (what you do not appreciate, you can not possess)
6.      Acquire Good Things (use good cars, houses and other gadgets)
7.      Be Dynamic (flow in the tide of change)

ACCEPT SALVATION
It is your ticket to Gods store-house of pleasures. Without salvation, you do not have access to divine provisions. This means that you become incapable to affect your world. In fact, you need urgent help in the absence of salvation. If you must impact your society, then your first desire and craving should be to be saved.

HAVE PURPOSE
Purpose will give you hope and strength to fight on. Without a purpose, life becomes burdensome, uninteresting and meaningless. Your purpose for living will empower you to live a life that will benefit others.

LIVE FOR OTHERS
You are blessed to be a blessing. It may seem difficult but it is a necessity if you desire to make your life count. You have to learn to live for others; that means that you put others into serious cognizance in all you do, including your monthly income. Making provisions for others in our daily plans is the way to touch others’ lives.

BEFRIEND WORK
God worked and also wants us to work. Hard work should not be considered as an enemy. Those who hate to work can never impact their word. The spirit of hard work is required to be able to meet the demands which the world will place on us. Work does not kill; it rather makes us strong as well as authorizing us to be useful to the society and honourable too.

APPRECIATE GOOD THINGS
Whatever you do not appreciate, you can not possess. Anything you find to be good and admirable, do well to appreciate. If you do not appreciate good things, you will end up not attaining or obtaining them.

ACQUIRE GOOD THINGS
Use good cars, houses and other gadgets. Get good things for yourself. Your good life can be a motivation and encouragement to others. Do not hide your wealth, live the life that matches the position God has placed you, modestly though.

BE DYNAMIC
Flow in the tide of change. Only change is constant, everything else is subject to change. Therefore, learn to learn new things, do new things, say some new things, give to new people - just be free to expand your world. Try your hands on new inventions and see how much you can maximise them for the overall benefit of mankind.

Do not live a selfish life. Let it be your desire to see others succeed. Always ask yourself what you can do to help somebody in need, each day before you leave your house. This will help you to seize every opportunity to touch a life positively. SHALOM!
